Denny Richard
A Holistic Fitness Practitioner, Denny's goal "is to bring balance, strength and awareness into your daily life and exercise regimen. Starting a program should be looked at as an opportunity to try out new ideas and experience new things. When we start a program, I ask a lot of questions. The more we both understand what you need, the more you can achieve the healthier lifestyle you want."

Shannen Ferreira-McKean
Shannen has been teaching Pilates since 2003 when she first learned of it while working in a Physical Therapy office.Having been a dancer since the age of 3, she quickly understood how beneficial Pilates could be for everybody, not just dancers. Using her eye for detail, Shannen helps her clients not only transform their bodies but also gives them the understanding of how to use their bodies in a new way. Whether you are a trained athlete or new to exercise, Pilates can be an effective tool to achieve greater strength, balance, flexibility, and control from within.

David Stevens
David enjoys the deep muscle use and fluidity fostered by Pilates, which serve as a perfect compliment to the explosive and plyometric strength training that he has used as a personal trainer since 2001. While his Pilates sessions always focus on control and economy of motion, don't be surprised if he uses lots of dorky imagery to get his point across - whatever helps you understand the motion. Taking Pilates with David will challenge your body awareness, teach you new exercises, and help change your body.
